By accessing or using Sharpedgy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to create an account and use the Service.

Registration is free. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may sign in using a third-party provider (such as Google). Your use of that provider is governed by their terms in addition to ours.

Sharpedgy is an informational and paper-betting platform. No real-money wagering takes place on the Service. Picks recorded on Sharpedgy are simulated and carry no monetary stake.

Sharpedgy provides data, statistics, and model-generated analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes betting advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.

Any decisions you make outside the Service — including placing real wagers with third parties — are solely your own responsibility. We are not liable for any losses you incur.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing intervals, and included features are described at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.

The Monthly Contest is free to enter for registered account holders. No purchase or subscription is necessary to enter or win.

Contest rules, scoring, prize amounts, and entry periods are described on the contest page and are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Prizes are awarded to eligible participants as described in the contest rules. Winners may be required to verify identity and eligibility before a prize is issued.

Participants are responsible for any taxes arising from prizes received. The contest is void where prohibited by law.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in the contest; or resell or redistribute Service content.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these terms or harms other users or the Service.

The Service, including its design, software, model outputs, analysis, text, and branding, is owned by Sharpedgy and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Service content without permission.

Sports data, statistics, and odds displayed on the Service are sourced from third-party providers. While we work to present accurate information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

Links to third-party sites or services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis, projection, or model output will be accurate or produce any particular result.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHARPEDGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
